Your body is your home, the vessel through which you experience your self + your life.

For this reason, I gently encourage you to reconnect with your body; your body is a well of wisdom and the gateway to living lovingly present in the here and now.

My work is nervous system centred; by getting to know your incredible system, you will compassionately reframe + tend to your symptoms. With this wisdom, you can 

feel safe to come home to your body;

My job is to empower you to discover the tools that lie within you, and teach you how to use them on your journey towards peace and wellbeing.
