I’m thirty-something, live in the UK, am fully recovered from an eating disorder and fascinated by humans and our incredible minds + bodies!!
In my professional life I’m a mindfulness & yoga teacher, somatics practitioner and hypnotherapist. I am trauma-trained and nervous system centred, which underpins everything I do.
I work with people who are struggling with stress, anxiety, overwhelm & other effects of trauma, to help you reconnect to your body, befriend your mind and make peace with yourself, whilst growing capacity + resilience in your nervous system.
I also love teaching yoga + mindfulness classes and facilitating groups, workshops & retreats in my local community (+ online). I am passionate about making yoga & mindfulness accessible for all humans, and using these practices as tools for healing + nervous system regulation.
I’m always studying! I am currently a trainee (L4) psychotherapeutic counsellor, and also completing further specialist training in complex trauma and yin yoga this year.

Aside from work, I’m a dog mum to two gorgeous fur babies, fiancé to my wonderful partner and a proud auntie. I love spending time in nature, kayaking and surfing, gardening and adventures in our tatty old campervan.
