About the event
You're invited to join this welcoming group, meeting on Monday evenings throughout January and February 2025 in Salisbury, to learn and practice mindfulness together in a relaxed and friendly setting.
The course is based on the British Psychological Society approved 'Mindfulness Now' training , but adapted to be trauma-informed and with Claire's own unique teaching flair. Here are some of the topics and practices we will cover together:
Re-connecting to your body
How stress + trauma impacts our brain & body
Thoughts and feelings
Coping with negative thoughts + the inner-critic
