About the event

The workshop will start with a short introduction where you will hear a little about the nervous system, the importance of nervous system nourishment, and an introduction to the practices.


We will then go on a journey together through breathwork techniques to nourish the nervous system, somatic movement to release stress and activate the vagus nerve and non-sleep deep rest to give your body the rest it needs.


The practices are designed to activate and tone your vagus nerve, which is a key component in your relaxation response, by creating a feeling of safety in your body. You will learn several techniques which you can add to your daily routine to nourish your nervous system.


This workshop is ideal for anyone on a self-healing journey, to support your ongoing practice, learn new techniques and enjoy the relaxation that comes from being guided.
