Feb 25 - supporting our energy with breath & movement
In this workshop, we explore how our vagus nerve impacts our energy. Using movement and breath through expansion and contraction, we'll practice harnessing our vagal brake, increasing the tone of our vagus nerve, for a healthy & resilient nervous system.
