I am a trauma-informed mindfulness teacher, yoga teacher and somatics practitioner with over 12 years of my own practice experience and five years guiding others towards greater wellbeing. 

After guiding many people through the excellent Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) curriculums, and working with stress, anxiety and trauma, I witness the greatest shifts occurring when mindfulness is combined with more body-based somatic practices, breathwork and nervous system education. The shifts are profound.

I have helped guide and nurture many anxious souls and overthinkers on their journey to peace and greater wellbeing.

My multidiscipline approach combines the power of mindfulness with the wisdom of somatics, potent breathwork techniques, evidence based research and ancient practices of yoga into nurturing and engaging educational and experiential learning and healing experiences. 

With my own long mental health recovery journey behind me, I've walked the walk before learning to talk the talk. My own struggles with a fifteen year long eating disorder and anxiety ultimately led me to discover the practices and techniques I am now teaching to you. 

I went from chaos to calm. I fully recovered and learned a more peaceful way to relate to myself. I trained in trauma-informed mindfulness, yoga, somatic therapy and hypnotherapy & created a career helping others on the same journey that ignited my soul.
