Session Times & Dates
The practitioner will endeavour to ensure that sessions are conducted, as much as possible, at the agreed times and dates. Under certain circumstances (e.g. illness), course times and dates may be subject to change. Participants should endeavour to attend as agreed and to provide reasonable notice (48 hours, if possible) in the event of being unable to attend. It is expected that the session will begin at the agreed time. Any session that begins after this time due to late client arrival for whatever reason will not be extended beyond the agreed finish time. If a client does not arrive or contact the practitioner within 15 minutes of the agreed appointment, this will be considered a cancellation and the practitioner will not be available for the remainder of the session. Please let Claire know if you are going to be late (email, text or whatsapp 07791459695) but still wish to complete the remainder of the session.
Cancellation Policy
The client is responsible to endeavour to attend as agreed and to provide reasonable notice (48 hours) in the event of being unable to attend. If for any reason your practitioner has to cancel or rearrange a session, she will aim to provide you with 48 hours’ notice, and you will not be charged for the session. Likewise, clients should understand they are expected to give the practitioner 48 hours’ notice if they are unable to attend. Wherever possible, sessions cancelled with adequate notice (48hrs) will be rearranged to the same week, otherwise an additional session will be added to the end of the programme. Sessions cancelled within 48hrs will be forfeited except under extreme circumstances (at the practitioners discretion).
Course Fees & Payments
If paying in full, payments are due 48hrs before the first session. Monthly payments are due 48hrs before the first session of each monthly block. Clients should understand that they will forfeit the rest of their programme if they fail to make the payments on the agreed dates. The fee is non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances (at the practitioner’s discretion).
Course Materials
Any session recording or support material provided is free of charge and provided at the practitioner’s discretion.

Mindfulness is a very low risk treatment, however, I understand there are some circumstances where mindfulness may not be an appropriate training in the case of serious health issues. If this is considered a possibility my practitioner will arrange a discussion with me to discuss if the course should be commenced/continued. If I have been requested by my practitioner to seek consent from my medical doctor/consultant then I have done so or will do so prior to the course start date. In some circumstances, my practitioner may suggest I seek medical advice during the program or make a referral. I understand that no guarantee was given or implied
Confidentiality
Session content is entirely confidential within legal boundaries. If the practitioner feels that the client, or someone else, is in danger or at risk of harm she will first endeavour to discuss with the client her decision for breaking confidentiality. Depending on the circumstances this may be to the client's General Practitioner (GP), or other agency or authority. However, the practitioner retains the right to break confidentiality without prior consultation should she consider that the urgency of the situation requires her to act immediately to safeguard the physical safety of the client or others.
